All regulated financial advice is provided by our FCA-authorised partner IFA firms. You should always seek independent financial advice before making investment decisions.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident for tax purposes (or confirm your tax residency status), and capable of forming a legally binding contract under English law. The Service is currently designed for UK-based investors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current financial information during the onboarding process. Inaccurate information may result in unsuitable portfolio illustrations.

Portfolio illustrations generated by Alder are based on the information you provide and confirmed market data available at the time of generation. They are illustrations only and should not be interpreted as financial advice, a guarantee of future returns, or a recommendation to invest.
Yield data, fund information, and market data are sourced from third-party data providers. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or current. Data is timestamped at point of generation.
The AI assistant provides explanations, rationale, and analysis based on your financial profile and market data. This content is generated by artificial intelligence and reviewed for accuracy, but should not be treated as professional financial advice. The AI does not make investment decisions on your behalf — it illustrates and explains.
When you book a call with a wealth manager through Alder, you are engaging with an FCA-authorised independent financial adviser from our partner network. The advice they provide is regulated and governed by their own terms of engagement, regulatory obligations, and the FCA’s rules. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the advice provided by partner firms.
The initial AI conversation and portfolio illustration are available without charge or signup. Subscription services, including daily AI monitoring, alerts, and ongoing portfolio intelligence, are subject to fees as set out in our pricing at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, design, code, AI models, algorithms, and branding associated with Alder are the property of Punk AI Wealth Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your financial data and conversation history remain your property. We use it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punk AI Wealth Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, investment losses, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Capital at risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invest. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may be subject to change. ISA and SIPP tax advantages are subject to government policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, provide materially inaccurate information, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
